New artisanal products will be added from time to time and will be available to our customers.

Availability:
Because of the numbers of pottery and glassware items and the choice of colors we are offering on our website each item will be handmade for your order. You will need to allow our artisans 15 working days to complete your order. The Laguiole cutlery and the Provence tablecloths will be shipped within 10 working days from order.
RETURNING GOODS
Poteries de Provence.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return the goods within 7 working days from delivery date to either be exchanged or refunded. Simply contact our store at the adress below to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
1. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and customer will be responsible for shipment and insurance cost.
2. A 20% restocking fee applies.
3. Shipping is not refundable.

DELIVERY:
Goods will be shipped, via UPS Ground from Memphis or via Colissimo International, from Mougins, France within 15 working days of orders. Customers will receive an e-mail with all information concerning transport and delivery. You can expect to receive your order 10 to 15 working days after shipment.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by credit card ( Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express ) and PayPal VIA PayPal secure server. No need to join PayPal to use your credit card. When you pay via PayPal secure server we never see your card number or financial information. After you complete your order, click on PayPal and choose your payment method.
